赛智智能科技（天津）有限公司成立于 2006 年，位于天津空港自贸试验区，主营喷涂线与涂装装备、工业废气治理工艺、工业软件运维与开发、人工智能应用系统。
公司依托二十余年环保与涂装装备技术积累，以及高校产学研资源，为制造业客户提供从工艺方案到成套装备、再到软件系统的技术服务。
Founded in 2006 and located in the Tianjin Airport Free Trade Zone, Saizhi Intelligent Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. specialises in coating lines and paint-finishing equipment, industrial exhaust-gas treatment, industrial software maintenance and development, and applied artificial intelligence.
Drawing on more than two decades of environmental engineering practice and sustained university–industry collaboration, Saizhi provides manufacturers with technical services that run from process design through to working software systems.

早年从事化学教学，后任职于环保管理部门，以人才引进方式进入高校任教。长期从事喷涂装备与工业挥发性有机物（VOCs）治理技术研究，在喷漆房结构、静电喷涂、漆雾捕捉与分离、吸附脱附及催化燃烧等方向拥有专利百余项，其中发明专利六十余项，涂装装备相关占其中四成以上。在推动产学研结合过程中创办赛智，将实验室技术转化为工业现场装备。
He began his career teaching chemistry, later served in environmental regulatory administration, and returned to academia through a talent recruitment programme. His work centres on paint-finishing equipment and the abatement of industrial volatile organic compounds (VOCs), yielding more than one hundred patents — over sixty of them invention patents — across spray-booth structures, electrostatic spraying, paint-mist capture and separation, adsorption–desorption and catalytic combustion. More than forty percent relate to coating equipment. He founded Saizhi to carry laboratory work through to equipment operating on the factory floor.

Operation, maintenance, extension and troubleshooting of existing software systems on industrial sites — including handover and reconstruction where the original vendor has withdrawn support, the developer has changed, or technical documentation is incomplete. Work covers SCADA/HMI configuration software, PLC communications, serial and industrial Ethernet protocol diagnostics, and virtualised runtime environments delivered as images.
喷漆房与喷涂室的结构设计及成套供应，涵盖静电喷涂、双圆盘雾化、全水帘与循环风系统、涡流洗涤流道、双向全流量漆雾捕捉与分离、漆渣清理及排气除雾装置，可按大型工件尺寸与产线节拍定制。
Structural design and turnkey supply of spray booths and coating chambers — covering electrostatic spraying, twin-disc atomisation, full water-curtain and recirculating-air systems, vortex scrubbing channels, bidirectional full-flow paint-mist capture and separation, paint-sludge removal, and exhaust demisting. Configurations are tailored to workpiece dimensions and line takt time.

The company is developing an integrated hardware and software system that combines artificial intelligence with traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. It addresses two settings: clinical practice, supporting syndrome differentiation; and health management, supporting constitution assessment, daily regulation and wellness institutions.
